How it works

A plan first, then practice that follows it

1. Take the diagnostic

Twelve questions across all three subtests show where you are strong and where points are hiding.

2. Get your study plan

Your results turn into a starting plan by subtest and skill, paced to the test date you set.

3. Drill, test, adjust

Short drills build skills, timed practice sets build pacing, and your dashboard shows what to work on next.

The test

Praxis Core, subtest by subtest

Core is a gate for many teacher candidates. Each subtest is scored on its own, so a weak subtest means retaking that subtest, not the whole Core.

Your passing score depends on your state

There is no single national passing score for Praxis Core. Each state sets its own score for each subtest, and Core passing scores across states fall roughly between 130 and 162. Kudosli measures your readiness against the score your own state requires, not a national average.

Tell Kudosli where you plan to teach, and your dashboard frames your progress around that state.

Common questions

Are these real Praxis questions?

No. Every Kudosli question is an original practice question written for Kudosli in the style and content areas of Praxis Core. Practicing with original questions builds the same skills the test measures, and your timed sets stay an honest measure of your readiness.

How does the placement diagnostic work?

You answer 12 questions, four from each subtest, with no feedback until the end. Kudosli then shows your accuracy by subtest, names your weakest skills, and gives you a starting study plan. Set your test date and the plan is paced to it.

How are essays handled?

Essays are rubric-guided practice. You write to a prompt, then check your response against the same four rubric areas the test uses: ideas and analysis, organization, language use, and conventions. Kudosli never assigns your essay a test score.

What score do I need to pass?

Your state sets that score, and it differs by subtest. Save your state in the app and Kudosli frames your readiness around the score your state requires.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel in a couple of clicks and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. The Free plan stays free, so you can drop back to it instead of leaving.
